Receiving 400 Bad Request when attempting to access Email since 8pm on 12/8/13. Problem still currently exists.

This is very irritating & needs to be fixed ASAP!
i thought this was just me - the tech people are useless - they are telling me they need 48 hours to look into this - i cant get in to see any mail , contacts or anything
Can't log on to my one account. I have change my password several times and each time I log off it becomes invalid
