Shows new messages icon, but doesn't open mail

shows email icon but will not let me open emails for past three days

Hi, have you been able to get into your email yet? I can't. only about 1/8th of my screen is showing. any idea what's up?

This is the absolute worst website from starting when it was Prodigy. I hope people are not paying to use them. You have absolutely no way to contact them & heaven forbid they actually communicate anything to subscribers. I hope some major business website publicizes what a disaster AOL is.
