Site:
Can still send emails on AOL, but only the 1st few paragraphs comes thru -- the rest is deleted, gone, kaput. If permanent, this would make AOL useless to me. This has happened before and was short-lived. Hope for the same this time.

aol mail has been down for 2 days now. they claim it is in my computer, but it doesn't matter which computer I am using, I can't sign in on any computer. Does anyone have a number I can call to contact aol? I can't find one on their website

This is from their site ( https://bill.aol.com/SPortal/jsp/contact_us.jsp ) -- To sign up for AOL 1-800-827-6364 To get help with your existing AOL account, or AOL technical issues 1-800-827-6364 To get help with your AOL Lifestore and TechGuru Products 1-866-485-9217 My AOL mail hasn't been down, the only trouble I'm having is sending longer emails (mostly to myself; that's how I store my research on stocks, etc). But then, I'm a paying customer -- $15 mo. Not for much longer though, if this problem continues.

AOL says the problem has to do with the browser cache needing to be emptied, so I'm doing so every couple of days now (Settings / Browser Settings). That seem to have mostly solved my problem of part of some emails not coming thru. But there's still some content that I can copy & paste into an email, and it looks okay, like it's ready to send, but the recipent (myself) finds a blank page on opening it! Trying to send the comments following an article seems to be the thing AOL email doesn't like to do -- so I just have to copy & paste them, then convert to plain text, and then send. A pain, but it seems to work.
