I continue to get content exception when I go to 97% of websites. It starts to load, and then everything is gone except for the content exception. Very frustrating

how do i fix content exception problem
I am getting content exception message on 97 % of the websites I try to view !!! I need this fixed ...how can it be !
Despite draconian efforts to eliminate this horror, I continue to encounter the 'content exception' warning. I assume my only solution is to uninstall AOL and then reinstall, following AOL's instructions. This all extremely frustrating to an 86 year od, non techie.
