Cannot compose email response

Able to read the email, but when attempting to reply or forward, the screen comes up with no populated information - no recipeint info, no subject information, no message text and no ability to enter any text or to attach a file.  I've tried on multiple machines, so it's not a hardware problem on my end.   

Also, cannot compose a message from scratch...can't get to the area to enter message text.   

This is a serious problem that I'm hoping you fix very sooooooon.
