Can not connect to AOL, AOL Mail, or AIM

Trying to connect to AOL, times out, makes everything run extremely slow, says no internet conncetion but I can access all other areas of the internet on the same browser. Can not connect to AOL or any of their products through any browser. Problem exists on multiple machines in various locations.
