First I couldn't get into my email using Firefox, so I closed out and switched to Chrome...now AOL won't load at all

I am getting no mail today.. I cant even see old mail.. what is going on?

I cannot even access the main page of AOL let alone check my email. Whenever I open it in my browser (Firefox), it is set as my homepage but instead I get this:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /_cqr/login on this server.
