AOL email service is not working

I get this error when I'm trying to access to my account:

Oops! Something zigged when it shoulda zagged
—but we're working to straighten things out.

I've already reported this issue via their official aolmailhelp twitter channel.
So whats up with this AOL?

PLEASE FIX IT!

On Phoenix version only "Something zigged when it should have zagged..." All day notice. I can get into another AOL, non-Phoenix account. How can I switch this account to non-Phoenix so I can see my mail?

Same situation here, sadly you cannot switch your account to non-phoenix :( I sent 'em a message on twitter but I haven't got any answer yet. We want our email accounts BACK!

Mine has been messing up too. Is this a permanent thing?

I'm having the same problem too and not finding a solution! UGH, this is so frustrating. And it's so hard to contact them.

Had this issue last year and it is happening again today...hoping it is not a fatal error like last year. They took the account last year and refused to return it to me. I had it from 1991...lets get it together aol...
