YEAH, SERIOUSLY!!!! It says "Error Code: blablabla", but it doesn't even say how to fix it... Why is this website here? To just let us know that there actually is an error code: 102-1201-403? Or to just rub our problem in our face????? WHAT!!!! Makes NO sense! Like, if you're not going to show us how to fix this problem on this website, and just tell us "you have an error code, look at some comments", then why even HAVE this website!?!??!!?? Come on people! THINK!!!!!!

Same!!! I've emailed Roku and get no answer you can't call them and ask and this happens on all the channel apps. It's really annoying and defeats the purpose of streaming if I just have to go back to regular cable to watch something
You have to go to the account area of your abc app and then go to tv provider. Sign out of your tv provider there and then it will give you a code. You then have to go to the website it shows you and enter that code and sign back into your service provider and all should work

You have to go to the account area of your abc app and then go to tv provider. Sign out of your tv provider there and then it will give you a code. You then have to go to the website it shows you and enter that code and sign back into your service provider and all should work

I also got the 012-1206-403 error repeatedly when trying to stream ABC on Roku using a DirectTV / ATTUverse account. After trying to reset maybe a dozen times, I found a number for ABC app support and called. They told me the missing key: Before resetting your TV Provider in the Account area, clear the browsing history on the device you used to activate ABC originally. That worked for me, although it only worked when I selected “DirectTV” as my TV Provider rather than ATTUverse.
I have had Roku for 3 months and have had to enter a code for the third time. This time, I had a message on my laptop that the code was accepted, but an error code 012-1206-403 came up. Why do we constantly have to get on our laptop )or phone) to enter a code?

I have at&t & had damage to my dish which wasn't fixed 4 like 3 weeks causing the 403 error. I had to choose direct tv instead of at&t uverse when signing back in under provider sign in. Hope it helps
012-1206-403 is a constant plague. I have to log out of ABC on my Roku both with the ABC account AND my provider, Frontier.Then re-authenticate both. Sometimes that works, sometimes not but when it dose work it gives me only 24 hours of viewing, then bam! Same error code. ABC and Frontier techs have given up. They say it is a Roku error. I think it is time to toss this trashy device & go with a fire stick. I have better things to do with my time than fight with this junk tooth & nail.
