I keep getting the error 016-1601-1102, and I am unable stream any shows. Please help!
Since last week, I’ve been unable to use the ABC app on my iPhone. Every time I attempt to watch something, I receive a message stating something to the effect of: “Oops, there‘s been an error 016-1601-1102.” I’ve tried (several times) to delete the app and then reload it, but nothing works. Why won’t it work anymore? The NBC app works just fine. Please help. Thank you.
I just got this error code for the first time although the app was working just fine about half an hour ago. Please, someone, tell us what it means and how to fix it if possible. Thank you.
I continue to to the "opps... something went wrong... then a code pf 016-1601-1102... I have not been able to use the ABC app but a few times! Everytime I try i recieve this same message. What is the soilution to this issue?
I had used the ABC app off and on for over a year but now all of a sudden anything I try to play will start for a few seconds, then says ”oops something went wrong, error 016-1601-1102”.
I have updated the app, restarted the iPad, and still same error. Same error trying on a tv. I am logged into Dish which we pay for local channels with so this doesn’t make any sense. So frustrating.
