Error code 000-028-607 when attempting to watch Designated Survivor ep. 11. It always does this to me the day after the show airs, I have to wait 2 or more days to be able to watch.

Every time I get on this app and try to watch Grey's Anatomy it shows me this error. I'm very annoyed as sometimes I miss the show and rely on this app to let me watch after the first airing. Please fix this ABC.
