I am using spectrum too and I keep getting that message also. On the iPad and the fire stick.... error 029-1216-000 ... for four days now.
good to know it's not just me having this issue... can't even get app to let me choose my TV provider
I am having the exact same issue as everyone above. Wondering if it's the ABC app or Spectrum Charter.
Does anyone have a fix for this error? 029-1216-000
