Have been unable to use your app to watch many programs lately getting the error “currently there is a problem with our provider login service“ along with code 013-1300-000. I unplugged my fire stick I signed out and signed back into the app and I uninstalled the ABC app for 24 hours and I’m still having trouble. This is only on one TV it’s working fine on the TV downstairs. What can be done to reset the ABC app in my tv?
