Using Amazon Fire Stick for the Disney Junior app. I'm logged in with my Spectrum/TWC account. Most of the shows will not play. I get the error message "Currently there is a problem with our provider login service. Please contact us via the feedback URL under Help. 013-1300-000".

Why won't most of the episodes play?
Same problem!!!! Would love to find a solution.
