Can't access history

Been a problem since Sunday, 10/5.  Unable to access history in order to request refund.  Been on hold at USPS tech support for past half hour.

Same thing here. Was not responsive last week either thought it was just a small problem. Customer wants status of delivery and cant get to any page on USPS.com that will give me that info

Same thing here. Cannot view the history activity since last week. I want to see all my shipping status. I did not keep my copy. And for some transactions, I changed mind and did not use the shipping label, and now I even cannot request a refund because I cannot see the history activity.

Same thing here, super frustrating that I cannot answer a simple question for my customer. I paid for labels with tracking numbers that I cannot access. I tried sending an email to customer service on the USPS website and this is also not working correctly. I used the pulldown menus to tag what my eamil is about and clicked 'continue' and it just goes back to the first drop down menu question - round and round and round it goes, never offering you a place to actually type an email. Tried calling and was on hold or 30 mins and finally hung up.
