Same thing here, super frustrating that I cannot answer a simple question for my customer. I paid for labels with tracking numbers that I cannot access. I tried sending an email to customer service on the USPS website and this is also not working correctly. I used the pulldown menus to tag what my eamil is about and clicked 'continue' and it just goes back to the first drop down menu question - round and round and round it goes, never offering you a place to actually type an email. Tried calling and was on hold or 30 mins and finally hung up.
