Same deal ... every time I try to access the log-in page, get the "can't be reached" message ... on my WIndows 10 PC's. I have 3 Windows 10 PC's and 1 Windows 7 PC. All Windows 10 PC's cannot access log-in page. Windows 7 PC can ... if you have a WIndows 7 PC, try using that.

4 days now, I cannot access my account. Let's see if they fix it when I can't pay my bill.
I had this problem for a couple of days. I called support (if you can call it that) and they walked me through the usual garbage of deleting histories and resetting the browser to "original" settings. Mind you, I tried 3 browsers, Edge, IE and Google Chrome ... all failed and since they had me delete all history, etc., all the usernames for various web sites that I saved are gone. I told the "support" person that these activities were useless since the day before I called I could access my account and had made no changes ... waste of breath. I was told that the "next" level of support would call me within 24 hours ... NEVER HAPPENED. However, AUTOMAGICALLY, I can now access my account and email. I'm thinking they just didn't want to calll me to tell me about their embarassing "fix". Good luck with comcast "support".

This is the 2nd day that I haven't been able to log in to my account for e-mail or anything else. The page doesn't come up, sends me to a page that say unable to load requested page.
Having a frustating time to open up my Xfinity comcast e-mail account. Follow the normal instructions for years, suddenly page will not open. I would like to switch to use Outlook e-mail set up , but a flag telld me that the transfer between Comcast and outlook is not fully completed. Can someone help with instruction to fix the problem/problems ? Thank you in advance.

None of the devices (3 PCs, 2 iPhones and 1 tablet) will log-in into Xfinity when connected via my home WiFi. However, I have disconnected my iPhone from WiFi and connected via the Verizon data network and was able to log-in successfully. I see that Comcast is using 2-step verification for log-in now. Perhaps the implimentation of this is flawed.

I can not access my Comcast email x several MONTHS despite multiple calls to "technical support". A technician came out assuming it was a problem on the pole. It wasnt. I STILL cant consistently access the email. It took 40, yes 40 attempts to log in several days ago. HELLLLLLP!
For being the most expensive service in yhe US (33% more than Los Angeles) I can't even log in to pay a bill. CANT REACH THE PAGE, instructions that are defective and do nothing. THIS IS ONE LOOSER COMPANY.
