Having a frustating time to open up my Xfinity comcast e-mail account. Follow the normal instructions for years, suddenly page will not open. I would like to switch to use Outlook e-mail set up , but a flag telld me that the transfer between Comcast and outlook is not fully completed. Can someone help with instruction to fix the problem/problems ? Thank you in advance.
