I have been unable to access the the EDD Bank of America screen. Please help me get access to my funds.
1. Open IE.
2. From the tool bar go to tools then internet options.
3. Click the "Advanced" tab.
4. Scroll all the way down to security. Select USE SSL 3.0 and TSL 1.0
5. Restart IE and Wa La.

Thank you! It worked perfectly. I'm happy this post is visible right beneath the sites I'm having trouble with. I have wasted 30 minutes trying to get into my acct.
Every single f!*#ing time i try to log in it just dosen't happen & it's been like that for months!!! "Please" get that s!*t fixed it's highly annoying.
I can never log in either. I was told by the CSR that their website was set up to support Internet Explorer, which I hate. So, because I don't use IE, I can't log in either. Not only that, on the rare occasion when I have logged in to check my statement, clicking on the most recent one brings up a previous statement.
It's BOA's fault not EDD.
I was very disappointed that of the 3 major financial corporations, BOA was able to win the contract. Yuck!!!!
After I activated my card, I can't access my acct. on line. When i wanted to see if I got a deposit I had to access my acct thru my i-phone. Very annoying!!!! I agree BOA fix your BUGS!!!!! Thank you for the post, Eddie P Wardo on instructions........
