Yahoo mail: no new email for three days. Started after stupid new email look and feel forced on me.

I have this problem as well and I noticed it started shortly after I changed my theme to a new theme. Now when I try to log in to my mail, I get: Temporary error: ymws:Server.UserOpenFailed. The interesting thing is that I can access my other yahoo mail account. The account acting up is my primary acct where I get mail from doctors , financial institutions, etc, so I am pissed! Called customer support and they deny any thing wrong with yahoo and told me they cannot offer any support to any free mail accounts. Also, there is no way to switch back to how the mail was before I changed the theme because I cannot access the mail.
