Wells Fargo Online Unavailable

For the last two days, I have tried to create an account online for Wells Fargo, but when I enter the information and enter it says "Please try again later. Wells Fargo Online® is temporarily unavailable." I had this issue when I first signed up for Wells Fargo almost two months ago as well.
