Wells Fargo DOUBLE DIPPING??

Have had a double charge in AutoPay against my account last week that has caused it to be declared "Over Drawn". Wells Fargo cusiomer service tells ime that it will be many days to process a claim against such an error. Somehow,

I do not think that I am alone and that they may have serious computer problems that they may be burring in red tape. This is unacceptable customer service and I paln to get to the bottom of it asap, since I have other bills to pay.
