Tweeted to @Ask_WellsFargo and received the following two replies yesterday Wed 12/19/12:

(1/2) Sorry for the inconvenience. We are aware of the issue & apologize that you are experiencing limited access.

(2/2) We are working to resolve but customers can access accounts through our stores, ATMs & phone at 800-869-3557. ^MD

I was able to log on briefly last night 12/19 at 8PM.
