Ujnable to Log In- Many sites not published

WEEBLY, i can't log in to may account. it says invalid username or password, but when i try to reset it, it says that my email is not registered, but when i register again using that email, it says "email is already registered". what is wrong with that?

I am experiencing the same difficulties. None of my sites are up. Login does not work. Says email is not registered, etc.
