All Weebly sites are down, including support pages, whats up?

When I called 415-375-3268 I just have 3 options 1) report credit card charge, 2) customer service and 3) weebly staff faviorite music selction. When I pressed 2 a message saying they do not have a customer call center came up and then disconnected. I sent an email and am waiting to hear back. I am a paying customer with several clients that have paid me to design and maintain their sites so I am not happy right now and my clients will soon be calling me looking for answers which I DO NOT have. Thanks Weebly. I have been so supportive and loving this company but now I just feel abandoned. I wish I had backed up all my sites somewhere other than Weebly. Learned my lesson now. Looking for a new content host now...
