Won't Load in Chrome, Won't Load Coupons

Happens quite often since Walmart changed the site appearance. Won't load in Chrome. Load in IE, but when you try to look through coupons, you got a message saying coupons can not be loaded on a mobile device, what? I am using a desktop. Second time I got this.
