wont check out

It's been going on since last night. I tried 2 different computers, my phone, 3 different browsers, all get the same error message. Called customer service, he couldn't help, just said he was reporting the issue.  Tried the chat customer service and they were no help. (Suggested I clear the cookies, etc, which I had already tried with no effect.)
