Will not let me log in

Can't log in, password not accepted, have to reset it every time. Then it didn't recognize my email address I'd been using for years. Called support and they fixed that issue, but that caused all my savings catcher dollars to disappear. Told me to call a different number about that. Now the next day, it doesn't accept my password again.
