Will Not let me Checkout

Wal-Mart's Website started with problems with my cart.  My shopping cart says 8 quantity instead of 1 and when I try to change the quantity it thinks for a minute then comes back and the quantity has not been changed.  Then it would not let me add anything to my cart.  I tried to check out and it says it cannot complete and tells me to go back to my cart.  I have been having problems with the Wal-Mart website since the end of February.
