Will not go to My Cart, Will not let me Ship to store, WILL NOT WORK

I have been trying to order a laptop and when i try to access my cart, it will not allow it saying the destination is unavailable. Even when it was loading my cart, I still was unable to proceed through the checkout as it was not allowing me to ship to store. It kept giving me an error telling me to choose a shipping method when I was NEVER shipping it.
