Walmart website seems to be back up but the Cart feature is not working right

The Cart feature on walmart.com is not working right.  When you click on the link to go to  your cart, you are taken to a screen where the page formatting is all screwed up.  Many of the links on that screwed up page are not working.  And, you cannot Check Out.  Too bad, I really wanted to purchase something at walmart.com.  Now, I will have to purchase it from Target.com.  Target has the same exact item for about 2 cents more but hey, their website is working.
