Technical difficulty & unable to load wallet message at checkout

Today is the fourth day I am seeing a “technical difficulty “ message once I attempt to check out with my online grocery pick up. I have tried on both the app and on the website.the website informs me “we are unable to load wallet”.  I did the newest iPhone update, deleted/redownloaded the app, signed out/signed back in,restarted phone and deleted and readded my card info.
