Store pick up issues

Placed an order for store pick up at 4:12 pm pst. I received an email stating would be available today. I went to pick it up at 7:30 pm and was told there system was down and they were not receiving any online orders. I called the customer service number and was told it could take 4-6 hours to come through and I would get an email. It's now 11:27 and still no email.
