received order # but order DID NOT process

11/8 - tried to place order three times and had to make six phone calls before a supervisor finally fixed problem and walked through each step to place order. 11/13 - foolishly tried to use site again. placed order and received confirmation # but never got confirmation email and account was never charged for purchase. yet another phone call and all he said was "sorry for the inconveince - can i do anything else for you?" REALLY????? i wish that i could shop without worrying about prices because i would NEVER use this site again!
