placed order - took money - no confirmation email

Placed order online using ebate, my gift card was charged and never received a confirmation email.  Website was no help as it kept sending me around in a look.  Called - was told customer service couln't help.  What gives?  If site is down or hacked why let public place orders?  Need our money that bad???

Went into Store #4410 and they were totally clueless like they are on everything else.   Understaffed and lack of products stocked.
