Cart is not loading - drops items

or The online shopping cart takes a few items, and the deletes them after the next addition. Or, if I try to check-out with just a few items in the cart, the cart gets empty in the check-out process.

I contacted tech. support several times, and I sent the link of these complaints. They keep saying they are not aware of any problems, or suggest to change the browser, and they ignore these complaints. I don't know how to get attention from Walmart in this matter. Very frustrating!
