Can't Sign into Walmart account "unknown service error"

When signing into my Walmart account I get "unknown serice error". I also get an error page on the website that says "Sorry for the delay – we're busy helping customers like you save money. Traffic doesn't just happen on the roads – but we'll get you going in no time.", more often than not but I can usually get to the page eventually. I have been having these problems with the site for two days now.
