Can't search. Won't go to home page. What is going on?

Home page won't open. Keeps taking me to a page that's asking for me to sign up for deals. When I attempt to sign up just to bypass the screen it gives me an error and says click here to go back. I see I'm not the only one with these problems.

UGHhhhhhhhhhh....Guess Target.com....here I come! :-(
