Can't place order, says out of stock.

They're always having problems. And they are completely clueless. The current problem is an error code 1311 saying an item is out of stock but everything shows on stock. When you phone them, they tell you to try the next day. EVERY TIME YOU PHONE! So I emailed and they replied that I should remove the item that is out of stock even though I explained that everything shows in stock. What pathetic customer service. This has been going on for 2 weeks!
