I still can't log in to my walmart money card account to view transactions. Now we "the consumers" have to deal with all the bs that comes in the "fine print" but I do believe that in that same "fine print" it states that we get free unlimited access to our account to view transactions as well as managing other account related items. We automatically have to pay anything in that fine print regardless if we were aware of it or not but who makes walmart hold up to their end of it? If I am wanting to make a purchase online or from a "non" walmart affiliated establishment and I need to know my exact balance first, how am I suppose to do that without being charged for it if I am not near a walmart or an atm thats in their network or whatever? Well normally I would simply go to my account online, but not for the last several weeks. Everytime I try it leads me to a walmart page thats virtually blank. I've tried many times and many ways with no luck. Obviously I am not the only person having this problem and considering its the holidays (buying season) I would assume that would be something they might want to keep available to us. That being said, maybe its been conveniently down since before black friday for an alternative purpose. Maybe they think that it will help them out more if people can't view their account on demand because most people who want to save themselves the embarrassment of being declined at the counter so they purchase a reload card for a small amount just to be on the safe side. Of course being charge $x amount for the reload fee when they may have not needed it for that particular purchase and could have waited but as I said most people would rather spend the few extra bucks to keep from the possible embarrassment. That few dollars doesn't seem like much though right? Well look at it like this; you need to purchase a $20 item but with all the purchasing thats gone on for the holidays you can't  find your most recent receipt that might or might not have your current remanding balance. Not having an eligable "free" atm anywhere near by nor a near by wal mart and with the site being down you are left with few options. You can buy a green dot refill for a small amount  at just about anywhere just so you know your on safe side but of course comes with a reload fee or you can chance it at the register and maybe you will be fine or maybe not. Most would purchase the refill right? Well if you do that and pay ( we'll say $4 just for an easy example) but you only load the minimum or maybe a little bit more just so you know your good on this particular purchase and think to yourself "Ill just reload this for now and when I need to ad more I can do a larger amount later its only $4". Well when you do that 2nd reload it now has cost you $8. Multiply that by a rough number of people lets say 15,000. That total now comes to $120,000. See where I am going with this yet? Makes sense to me but makes thousands for wally world. Just my opinion but still none the less we pay our part and do our part as the consumer, get your multibillion $ heads out of your a!* and get the site up before we really get pissed off and do a little more than type a couple words in a complaint.    Thanks,     D.M. buchanan, tn
