Can't Do Anything

I just moved and have been trying to go on Walmart's website for almost TWO MONTHS to explore purchases for my new place. Each time I've made an attempt to shop on the website, I've been able to enter the site and then that's about as far as I get. I'll try typing something in the search bar or selecting a category to explore and then the page freezes up or times out and generally JUST STOPS WORKING. Whenever I've gotten slightly further than the home page, the site doesn't acknowledge my attempts to click on items, options, or the button that would allow me to add an item to my cart. Also, it's impossible to page forward or go back to a previous page (unless you want to be automatically taken back to the homepage). I've tried Walmart's website, app, my phone, my iPad, my laptop. Nothing I do makes one attempt more successful than another. I understand that sometimes problems come up and take time to resolve or sites are occasionally "under construction" but this is beyond ridiculous. TWO MONTHS. I can't fathom why Walmart even has a website at all right now if it's not even accessible for someone to use for 5 minutes. What's the point? It would be less frustrating if they just shut it down. At least that way people wouldn't continue to waste their time. Over the years, I've made several large purchases through Walmart's website (almost none in store) and have always been very happy with the site and customer service. At this point though, I'm not interested in wasting any more of my time. Shopping online is supposed to be convenient.
