Can't complete order

Tried numerous times (~10) to place web orders today (14.Feb.2013).
Order completion step gives "We're having temporary difficulties arriving at the destination you requested" .
Called twice (800-966-6546) and was told try again in two hours, then try tomorrow.
Perhaps web orders are not a significant profit center for WM ... sort of an ignored wart in their business ???
