Can't complete checkout

When I click on  proced to  check out I get the message that " Due to technical difficulties, we can't show the page you're trying to get to." Then it asks would I like to go back to my cart or go to the homepage.  The mobile website is not working either for checkout.  It will let me select a shippng address and payment, but then says the system is down when I try to complete the order.
