Amazingly frustrating...
Worse yet - I'm not certain whether I feel better or worse seeing that this is a widespread issue and that there seems to be absolutely no urgency on the part of this retailer.
The order I am trying to place is not huge, but it is for $300 worth of merchandise - certainly small to any corporation of this size in dollars, but getting more expensive by the moment in 'bad will.'
I have fortunate that: 1) the items I want are readily available on many sites; and 2) I live in an area where there are also plenty of 'brick & mortar' retail locations.
As convenient as I had hoped it would be to purchase these items online, at a one-stop shop, I'm moving on.
