Can't apply for a job

I am using the Google Chrome version 37.0.2062.124 m  when I receive the following error message every time I attempt to create a new username and password:

"The system encountered a problem when trying to get the username and password you submitted. This may be related to the type of web browser you're using. (For more information, click here.) If you're using the recommended web browser but continue to experience this problem, please apply at the nearest Wal-Mart Store, Sam's Club, or Distribution Center."
