Cannot check out

Twice now tonight I'm unable to complete purchases.  Several items I had in my cart were out of stock the second time I went back and restarted the order.  I just wasted hours of my life scouring the site for the best price on Christmas gifts.  The worst part is there's no online chat to report it.
