Can not checkout

I have a list of things I want to buy and have been trying to checkout for days  and several times a day.  It keeps trying to load the checkout final step and has the Walmart star going around for hours, cannot do anything.  In adition if it lets you checkout it goes to a message that says something about something being to long, or that it has some type of posts..
