Can’t access entire departments (produce) or my items

They are showing out of stock on previously ordered items and the entire produce section is inaccessible. Type in lettuce it takes you to frozen broccoli. The view similar button just takes you to same spot your at. 
90% of previously purchased items are missing from the my items. And some of the ones showing are extremely high priced . And only available by shipping
