All blank pages

All I've wanted to do is check my balance. Been trying for months and always get blank white pages no matter what I choose. According to the intellectualy challenged superiors at walmart money card I must be an idiot. I told them while I was on the phone with them I chose the option they wanted me too from the main screen and straight to blank page. They said that's not possible and I'm doing something wrong. At my end with these morons.
