Has my account at a zero balance. No one answers customer service

Walmart money card Has my account at a zero balance.  No one won't answer the phones this has happened to me 5 times in the last 2 weeks.  I have a family to feed and bills to pay this is freaking ridiculous.  I need my money.  I was on hold over 2 hours
